Jac is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist, known for his collaborative and empathetic approach to therapy. He works with clients of all ages but has a passion for supporting young adults facing emotional or social challenges. Jac’s expertise also extends to treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Substance Misuse, and Trauma, as well as first responders.
With substantial experience working with NDIS participants, Jac focuses on treating and assessing psycho-social and neurological disabilities. His clinical interventions help clients learn emotional regulation skills and manage cognitive difficulties such as memory, attention, and planning deficits.
Jac is committed to supporting defence and uniformed members of our community. His work with first responders addresses a range of psychological difficulties such as work stress and trauma. Jac utilises multiple trauma-informed therapy modalities, including EMDR, to help these individuals manage anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support they need.
Jac’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tasmania. His professional training and compassionate approach make him a trusted partner in his clients’ therapeutic journeys.
