Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist with experience across community, school, and private practice environments. She takes a tailored approach to therapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), among others.

Sarah provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience treating anxiety disorders (e.g., social anxiety, specific phobias, generalised anxiety, perfectionism, OCD), depression, grief and loss, work/school stress and trauma. Sarah is also experienced in providing interventions to support the management of neurodiversity including ADHD and Autism and supporting families and parents navigating the complexities of parenting and familial dynamics.

Sarah prides herself on building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients and delivering a collaborative and person-centred therapy to support her clients through life’s challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Clinical Psychology (Griffith University, Gold Coast)

  • Bachelor of Psychology with Honors (Griffith University, Gold Coast)

Registrations:

  • General registration as a Psychologist, with Endorsement in Clinical Psychology (AHPRA)

  • Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS)
