 Lucy is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist who has a history working in health-related fields formerly as a nurse and in the last decade as a psychologist. Lucy has experience in supporting clients experiencing general mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression and suicidality, trauma, stress, personality concerns, interpersonal struggles, loss and health-related issues.

Lucy also works with clients during the perinatal period (before, during and after a pregnancy), following pregnancy loss and for the duration of fertility treatment. In addition, Lucy offers compassionate understanding, support and effective treatment strategies for clients who are adjusting to a new medical diagnosis or having difficulty living with a chronic condition. Lucy also conducts pre-surgical assessments and provides education and support for people considering bariatric surgery and other major surgical procedures in line with the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) guidelines.

Lucy commonly uses the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, grief and supportive counselling.
