Janet is a psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), currently completing her Doctor of Clinical and Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Queensland. She has worked in both public and private settings.

Janet adopts a compassionate and collaborative approach, tailoring evidence-based treatments to meet the specific needs of each client. She is experienced in treating a variety of clinical presentations across the life span, including depression, anxiety (e.g., social anxiety, generalised anxiety, and perfectionism), anger management, PTSD, with a particular interest in chronic pain management, functional neurological disorder (FND) as well as rehabilitation and management following Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and other neurological disorders. She is also skilled at assessing the impact of ABI and TBI, neurodevelopmental, and neurodegenerative disorders.

Janet has received multiple Dean’s Commendations and the University Medal from the University of Queensland for excellent academic performance during her studies. She has also published in a peer-reviewed journal on social cognition changes in people with neurodegenerative disorders.

  • Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) – University of Queensland
  • Doctorate of Clinical Psychology & Clinical Neuropsychology candidate –University of Queensland
  • General registration as a Psychologist, currently completing the Clinical
  • Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar program (AHPRA)
