Dr Katharine Baker 1

Katharine is a Clinical Neuropsychologist experienced in assessment and rehabilitation of neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries. She has also worked extensively with people with dementia and memory decline.

Katharine holds a doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology from Monash University in Melbourne, and has worked in major public health settings in Melbourne and Brisbane. She has published peer reviewed research papers on the cognitive and psychological aspects of pain, and translating research on cognitive rehabilitation into clinical practice to benefit people with brain impairments.

Katharine enjoys helping people better understand their cognitive abilities and challenges, and developing strategies to help improve their functioning in daily life.

  • BPsySc (First Class Honours), The University of Queensland
  • DPsych (Clinical Neuropsychology), Monash University

  • Fully registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology (AHPRA)
  • Endorsed and Registered Supervisor (AHPRA) through the Supervisor Training and Accreditation Program (STAP)
