Content on the Site, including articles, blogs, resources, and worksheets, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute psychological therapy, clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the Site or submitting an enquiry form does not create a psychologist-client relationship.

This Site is not equipped for emergency or crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, call 000 or attend your nearest hospital emergency department. The Site links to Halaxy, a third-party practice management platform, to facilitate appointment bookings. Use of that platform is also subject to Halaxy's own terms and privacy standards.
