Megan Samuel
Megan is a psychologist and clinical psychology registrar who works across the lifespan. She has experience in public hospitals, community and private settings. Megan’s approach is person-centred and neuroaffirming. She draws on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy.
Her key interest areas include neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), trauma, depression, anxiety and perfectionism. Megan strives to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters growth and self-compassion, helping her clients embrace their unique strengths.
